Privacy Policy

How Pixelvise collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects the personal information you share with us.

DocumentPrivacy Policy · v1.0Effective: 12 May 2026Last updated: 12 May 2026Queries: [email protected]

Pixelvise Solutions Private Limited (“Pixelvise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Kolkata, takes its responsibilities as a data controller seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use and share it, the safeguards we apply, and the rights you have. It applies to your use of the website operated at pixelvise.com (the “Site”) and to any direct commercial communication you have with us.

Where Pixelvise processes personal data on behalf of a Client — that is, as a processor rather than a controller — the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) executed with that Client governs such processing, and not this Privacy Policy.

Art. 1

Who we are

  1. 1.1The data controller for personal information collected through the Site is Pixelvise Solutions Private Limited, with its registered office at Kolkata, India.
  2. 1.2For all privacy queries, requests, and complaints relating to this Policy, write to [email protected].
Art. 2

Information we collect

  1. 2.1Information you provide. When you submit a contact, careers, press, or any other form on the Site, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, telephone number, company, country, role, and the content of your message.
  2. 2.2Information collected automatically. When you access the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, device type, browser user-agent, language preference, referring URL, and the pages you access. This information is collected via server logs and analytics technologies described in our Cookies Policy.
  3. 2.3Information from third parties. Where you authenticate through, or interact with us via, a third-party identity, communication, or social platform, we may receive information that platform has been authorised to share, in accordance with your settings on it.
Art. 3

Lawful bases

We rely on the following lawful bases under the EU/UK GDPR, the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and equivalent applicable laws:

  1. 3.1Contract — to respond to enquiries, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and to perform any commercial engagement.
  2. 3.2Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, defend, analyse, and improve the Site and our services, and to protect our rights and those of others; we balance these interests against your rights.
  3. 3.3Consent — for non-essential cookies, optional analytics, and any direct marketing communications, where required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  4. 3.4Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law, court orders, and lawful regulatory requirements.
Art. 4

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  1. 4.1Respond to your enquiry and any consequent communication.
  2. 4.2Deliver, administer, and invoice for Pixelvise’s services.
  3. 4.3Maintain the security, integrity, and operational performance of the Site.
  4. 4.4Comply with legal, regulatory, audit, and tax obligations.
  5. 4.5Where permitted by law, send you occasional commercial communications about Pixelvise’s services. You may opt out of such communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message, or by writing to [email protected].
Art. 5

Sharing

  1. 5.1We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioural advertising.
  2. 5.2We share personal information only with: (a) our employees, contractors, and Affiliates on a need-to-know basis; (b) trusted service providers acting as processors under contractual data-protection terms (including hosting, analytics, email, CRM, and cloud-infrastructure providers); (c) professional advisers (legal, accounting, audit) where necessary; (d) competent regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law; and (e) acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, with appropriate protections.
Art. 6

International transfers

  1. 6.1Personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which you reside, including India and any other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
  2. 6.2Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the U.K. International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent mechanisms recognised under the Indian DPDP Act.
Art. 7

Retention

  1. 7.1We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements applicable to us.
  2. 7.2Unless a longer or shorter period is required by law, enquiry records are retained for thirty-six (36) months from the last point of contact, and recruitment records for twelve (12) months from the closure of the relevant role, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Art. 8

Security

  1. 8.1We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, vendor due diligence, and incident-response procedures.
  2. 8.2No security measure is impenetrable. We cannot, and do not, guarantee absolute security.
Art. 9

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and to the basis on which we hold your information, you have the right to:

  1. 9.1Access — obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  2. 9.2Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  3. 9.3Erasure — request deletion of your information (sometimes called the “right to be forgotten”).
  4. 9.4Restriction or objection — restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and processing for direct marketing.
  5. 9.5Portability — receive certain information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and request transmission to another controller, where technically feasible.
  6. 9.6Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
  7. 9.7Complain — lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
  8. 9.8To exercise any right, write to [email protected]. We will respond within thirty (30) days, or such shorter period as may be required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
Art. 10

Children

  1. 10.1The Site is not directed to individuals under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so that we may take appropriate action.

  1. 12.1For privacy queries: [email protected].
  2. 12.2If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction — for example, the Information Commissioner’s Office (United Kingdom), the relevant supervisory authority in the European Union, or the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
