Governing law

How disputes are resolved.

Unless a separately executed Master Services Agreement provides otherwise, all engagements with Pixelvise — and all use of this Site — are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

The courts at Kolkata, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to Pixelvise's right at its sole election to refer a dispute to arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Kolkata, in the English language, before a sole arbitrator.

If somebody contacts you in our name, read this.

Unauthorised representation.

Pixelvise communicates from email addresses ending in @pixelvise.com only. We do not use lookalike domains, free webmail accounts, or messaging services for commercial proposals, invoicing, or instructions to remit funds.

If you receive a communication purporting to be from Pixelvise from any other domain, treat it as suspect. Confirm authenticity by writing to [email protected].

We will pursue impersonation, domain spoofing, and invoice fraud through every available legal channel.

Recruitment fraud.

Pixelvise never charges candidates for interviews, offers, training, work permits, equipment, or any aspect of recruitment. If you are asked to pay money in connection with employment at Pixelvise, the request is not from us.

All genuine recruitment runs through /careers and is conducted by named Pixelvise staff using @pixelvise.com email.
