Four conversations. Written feedback at each step.

We try to keep the loop short and respectful of your time. Most candidates move from first conversation to a decision within three to four weeks. Every candidate gets written feedback — whether or not we move forward.

A 60-minute conversation with the practice lead about your past work, decisions, trade-offs, and the kind of problems you want to solve.

A short, paid task on a representative problem. Designed to take 4–6 hours of focused work — not a take-home that consumes your weekend.

Culture conversation

A final conversation with two potential teammates. We talk about how you work, what you want, and whether the team is a good fit both ways.
