Cookies Policy

How Pixelvise uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website, and how you can control them.

DocumentCookies Policy · v1.0Effective: 12 May 2026Last updated: 12 May 2026Queries: [email protected]

This Cookies Policy explains how Pixelvise Solutions Private Limited (“Pixelvise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the website operated at pixelvise.com (the “Site”).

It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy at pixelvise.com/legal/privacy, which describes how we handle personal information generally.

Art. 1

What cookies are

  1. 1.1Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device and to store certain information about your visit, such as your preferences or session identifier.
  2. 1.2We also use similar technologies, including pixel tags, local storage, and server-side logging. References in this Policy to “cookies” should be read as including such technologies, unless context indicates otherwise.
Art. 2

Categories of cookies we use

  1. 2.1Strictly Necessary. Required for the Site to function and to remain secure — for example, session management, security tokens, and load-balancing. These cookies are always active. The Site cannot function correctly without them.
  2. 2.2Performance and Analytics. Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site — for example, the pages visited, the order of navigation, and time spent on each page. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site.
  3. 2.3Functional. Remember preferences you set — for example, language or region — to enhance your experience on subsequent visits.
  4. 2.4Marketing. At present, the Site does not deploy third-party marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising. If we introduce such tools in the future, we will obtain your prior consent where required by applicable law and update this Policy accordingly.
Art. 3

Third-party services

  1. 3.1We engage a small number of trusted service providers in the categories described in Article 2 — for example, hosting and content-delivery providers (Strictly Necessary) and a privacy-respecting analytics provider (Performance and Analytics). These providers are bound by contractual data-protection terms and process information only on our instructions.
  2. 3.2We review our service providers periodically. Where the identity of a provider materially changes, we update this Policy. The Privacy Policy at pixelvise.com/legal/privacy describes how we handle personal information collected via these providers.
Art. 4

Managing cookies

  1. 4.1You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse, accept, or delete cookies, and to be notified before a cookie is stored. The procedure varies by browser — see your browser’s help documentation for instructions.
  2. 4.2If you disable Strictly Necessary cookies, the Site may not function correctly. Disabling other categories will reduce certain features but will not prevent core access to the Site.
  3. 4.3Where we deploy non-essential cookies that require your consent under applicable law, we will request that consent through a banner or other appropriate mechanism on your first visit and allow you to withdraw it at any time.
Art. 5

Updates to this Policy

  1. 5.1We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use, the providers we engage, or the legal landscape. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
